Avelo Airlines announces 4 new destinations with flights from New Haven, Connecticut

Ultra low cost carrier Avelo Airlines has revealed 4 new destinations in South-Eastern United States with flights from New Haven, Connecticut.

4 new destinations

Avelo Airlines will start flights to Myrtle Beach and Charleston in South Carolina, Savannah/ Hilton Head, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee. Today’s announcement expands Avelo’s East Coast network from New Haven to 10 destinations. Avelo currently flies between New Haven and 6 destinations in Florida: Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Orlando, Sarasota/Bradenton, Tampa and West Palm Beach.

Myrtle Beach

Starting 5th May 2022, Avelo will operate 6-flights-a-week between New Haven and Myrtle Beach on all days except Wednesday. Myrtle Beach – known as the Grand Strand – stretches along 60 miles of pristine coastline from Little River to Georgetown. Every visitor to the area can find a spot for their ideal vacation. With its live entertainment, thrilling attractions, shopping, hundreds of championship golf and mini golf courses, historical sites, outdoor adventures, multiple fishing spots, delicious cuisine, and gorgeous scenery, Myrtle Beach is the perfect coastal escape.

Charleston

Avelo will launch 4-weekly flights between New Haven and Charleston with flights running on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

With its vibrant culture, rich history, exquisitely preserved architecture, idyllic coastal location, celebrated dining scene, and friendly locals, Charleston is one of America’s most treasured travel destinations.

Savannah/Hilton Head

Starting 6th May 2022, Avelo will run 4-flights-a-week between New Haven and Savannah/Hilton Head on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Nashville

The airline will launch 4-weekly flights between New Haven and Nashville on 6th May 2022. The flights will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

These flights will be operated by 147-seater Boeing B737-700 aircraft.

Tweed-New Haven Airport continues to be a growing destination, and the addition of these flights is welcomed news as more travelers recognize how convenient, quick, and easy it is to fly out of this airport.

Meanwhile, Avelo Airlines recently expanded its network from Las Vegas with the addition of flights to Redding, California.

Yes indeed!

It’s great to see a small airline like Avelo expand so rapidly. It’s also great for passengers flying from New Haven and the airport itself as passengers will now have more destinations to fly to in less time. 🙂
