Delta Airlines has announced 3 new routes to Hawaii from United States’ East Coast.
Starting 19th November 2022, Delta Airlines will operate daily flights between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Maui’s Kahului Airport & between Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport and Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. And as of 17th December 2022, the airline will also offer daily nonstop service between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
The flights on Atlanta-Maui-Atlanta route will run with the following schedule:
- Atlanta-Maui
- Departure time: 11:00
- Arrival time: 16:00
- Flight time: 10 hours
- Flight number: DL535
- Frequency: Daily
- Maui-Atlanta
- Departure time: 17:25
- Arrival time: 06:40 (the next day)
- Flight time: 8 hours and 15 minutes
- Flight number: DL726
- Frequency: Daily
The flights on Detroit-Honolulu-Detroit route will run with the following schedule:
- Detroit-Honolulu
- Departure time: 12:15
- Arrival time: 16:00
- Flight time: 8 hours and 45 minutes
- Flight number: DL797
- Frequency: Daily
- Honolulu-Detroit
- Departure time: 17:00
- Arrival time: 06:30 (the next day)
- Flight time: 8 hours and 30 minutes
- Flight number: DL969
- Frequency: Daily
The flights on New York JFK-Honolulu-New York JFK route will run with the following schedule:
- New York JFK-Honolulu
- Departure time: 09:00
- Arrival time: 15:35
- Flight time: 11 hours and 35 minutes

- Frequency: Daily
- Honolulu-New York JFK
- Departure time: 16:55
- Arrival time: 07:25 (the next day)
- Flight time: 9 hours and 30 minutes

All these flights will be operated by Boeing B767-300ER featuring Delta One (Business Class), Delta Comfort+ (Premium Economy Class) and Main Cabin (standard Economy Class). The airline recently announced refreshed onboard product offerings, including artisan-made amenity kits, recycled bedding as well as reusable and biodegradable service ware, for passengers seated in the Delta One cabin.

In total, Delta will offer 18 daily nonstop flights to 4 Hawaiian destinations from 7 US cities. The airline’s complete winter schedule of 2022 to Hawaii includes:
- 10 peak-day departures to Honolulu from seven US destinations – Atlanta, Detroit, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York-JFK, Salt Lake City and Seattle
- 4 peak-day departures to Maui from Atlanta, Los Angeles and Seattle
- 2 peak-day departures each to Kona and Lihue from Los Angeles and Seattle
All Delta passengers will have access to in-seat power outlets for their devices, a variety of premium beverages and snacks, Wi-Fi available for purchase and free mobile messaging, as well as personal seat-back entertainment screens featuring a wealth of premium content, including curated playlists and podcasts from Delta’s partnerships with Peloton and Spotify.
