Oberoi Hotels and Resorts is one of the most exclusive hotel brand in the world. The Oberoi Group’s story wrote its early chapters in 1934 in Shimla where Mr. Mohan Singh Oberoi pioneered the idea of luxury hospitality in India by opening his first hotel. In the following years, Mr. M. S. Oberoi – assisted by his two sons – continued the expansion of the Oberoi group with properties both in India and abroad. Today, the hotel group operates 32 hotels around the world, Nile Cruisers and a Motor Vessel in the backwaters of Kerala. The Group has presence in seven countries under the luxury ‘Oberoi’ and five-star ‘Trident’ brand. The group still practices the hospitality philosophy that began with Mr. Oberoi himself and are now echoed by his son and current chairman Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi: The guest is everything. The Oberoi Vanyavilas is a jungle resort located at the border of Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve. 5. The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

The Oberoi Rajvilas, spread over 32 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, with traditional architecture, flaming mashaal torches and reflection pools, is located on Goner Road. The 71 guest rooms, suites and villas offer garden views and some feature private pools also. Available for all-day dining, Surya Mahal & Courtyard serves international dishes and fine wines. Rajmahal restaurant offers Indian specialities for dinner, while wines and spirits are available at Rajwada Library Bar. Facilities include a gym, The Oberoi Spa with authentic, pink lime plaster walls and traditional Rajasthani design features, salon, an outdoor swimming pool and a tour desk are present at the hotel.

4. The Oberoi, New Delhi

The Oberoi New Delhi, reopened in 2018 after an extensive refurbishment, reflects the spirit of India’s capital city in a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary sophistication.
