Luxury Hotels and Resorts group Aman has partnered with Luggage Free to transport Guests’ luggage from their home to one of its hotels or resorts in an effort to make travel hassle-free.

Aman states that it wants to “streamline the journey to any Aman property” by minimising the time spent at the airport by guests.
With the help of Aman’s partnership with speciality shipping provider Luggage Free, guests will be able to ship luggage of any shape and size to any of the group’s destinations ahead of a stay. Luggage Free has a network of over 110 countries, covering every location in the Aman portfolio.
“Aman is constantly exploring new ways to enhance the guest experience not only while staying with us, but from the moment a booking is made. Luggage Free provides us with the opportunity to streamline the journey which in turn makes for an altogether more “Aman” style travel experience both pre- and post-stay.”
said Roland Fasel, Chief Operating Officer, Aman.
Guests can also transport valuable items including golf clubs, skis, snowboards and bicycles, with care taken to prevent loss or damage when handling. These can either be collected from a guest’s home or picked up from pro-shops or ski lodges, allowing for the use of such sport equipment at properties such as Aman Le Melezin in Courchevel.
Guests can either enter details here to receive an instant quote and process an order, or opt for the hotel’s support team to take care of the process when booking a stay.
“We are thrilled to be working alongside Aman – a brand whose values we are proud to share. From our combined commitment to providing a warm and friendly service to ensuring a tailored experience every step of the way – we hope to help simplify the journey, keeping it in line with the Aman experience”
said Nicholas Coleman, CEO, Luggage Free.
Luggage will then be collected from the guest’s home, office or hotel and delivered to the property before the guest arrives. This service also includes complimentary real-time tracking and guaranteed on-time delivery. Note that the website recommends choosing a delivery date of 1-2 business days prior to arrival at the destination.
Aman takes care of any shipping labels and customs documents, and contactless collection services can also be arranged.
