Blue Air announces flights between Nice and London

Romanian low-cost carrier Blue Air has announced nonstop flights between Nice and London.

Starting 16th September 2021, Blue Air will operate 4-weekly flights between Nice Côte d’Azur Airport and London Heathrow Airport. The schedules for these flights are:

  • Nice-London
  • Departure time: 14:15
  • Arrival time: 15:05
  • Flight time: 1 hour and 50 minutes
  • Flight number: OB4131
  • Frequency: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays (It will only operate on Thursdays and Sundays from 16th September 2021 to 30th September 2021)
  • London-Nice
  • Departure time: 15:55
  • Arrival time: 18:45
  • Flight time: 1 hour and 50 minutes
  • Flight number: OB4132
  • Frequency: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays (It will only operate on Thursdays and Sundays from 16th September 2021 to 30th September 2021)

The carrier will compete with Air France and British Airways on these routes. The latter operates flights to Nice from London Heathrow, London Gatwick and London City Airport.

easyJet operates flights from London Gatwick and London Luton to Nice while Ryanair and Jet2 operates flights from London Stansted to Nice.

Blue Air operates from a number of Romanian cities to UK airports including Birmingham, Glasgow, Liverpool and London Luton, including recently launched flights between Heathrow and Iasi, and established routes from the London hub to Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca.
