Westin Hotels and Resorts, a premium wellness brand of Marriott, has announced the expansion of its portfolio in India with the opening of The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake. This is the second Westin in Mumbai after The Westin Goregaon Garden City.
Location
The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake is set on the scenic shore of Lake Powai in the Powai area of Mumbai. Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is 6.7 kilometres away from the hotel.
Design
Well-being meets style as The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake’s design philosophy takes inspiration from the concept of Biophilia, which posits that people have an innate need to connect with nature, and that our link to the natural world affects our well-being. The hotel features 600 guest rooms including 28 suites that have spectacular views of the Hiranandani skyline overlooking the tranquil waters of the Powai lake.
