Accor signs two new Novotel properties in Madhya Pradesh

Accor has announced the signing of two new Novotel hotels, one each in Bhopal and Indore. Accor has signed the management agreement with Kwality Developers and Amar Krishna Leisure Pvt Ltd for the new hotels.

The Novotel hotel in Bhopal will be located in Gulmohar Colony area, close to an upcoming smart city, while the one in Indore will be situated by the bypass road. The Bhopal property will feature 105 guest rooms while the Indore property will feature 130 guest rooms. Both properties will offer restaurants, banquet facilities for meetings & events, a fitness centre, and a spa. Both the properties are scheduled to open in 2026.

The signing of this project further strengthens Accor’s already dominant position in India. The French hospitality group currently operates 55 hotels across many brands including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure and ibis.

In the next two years, Accor is expected to open 6 new hotels across the country including Novotel properties in Jodhpur and Bhubaneswar.

Meanwhile, Accor recently announced that its Novotel brand will launch Asia’s first Novotel Living property in Singapore.
