Regional carrier Star Air has announced three new routes, all of which are in Gujarat connecting Ahmedabad, Jamnagar, Surat and Bhuj. Read on to know more.
Star Air’s new intra-state flights in Gujarat
Starting 23rd August 2025, Star Air will operate flights on three new routes: Ahmedabad (AMD)-Jamnagar (JGA), Jamnagar-Surat (STV) and Surat-Bhuj (BHJ). All of these flights will be operated daily by the airline’s 50-seater Embraer E145s. The routing for the aircraft will be Ahmedabad-Jamnagar-Surat-Bhuj-Surat-Jamnagar-Ahmedabad.
The schedule for these flights, to be operated daily, is as follows:
- Ahmedabad-Jamnagar

- Arrival time: 08:10
- Flight time: 50 minutes

In May 2025, Star Air launched flights to Diu in Gujarat, connecting the beach destination to Ahmedabad and Goa Mopa (GOX). With the resumption of flights to Jamnagar, Bhuj and Surat, Star Air will now serve five destinations in Gujarat.
These new flights will benefit the people of Saurashtra and Kutch wanting to make a day trip to Ahmedabad or Surat or probably take onward flight on a different airline.
