Every single hotel group, be it Indian or international, is bullish on the industry, so much so that multiple hotels are scheduled to open for each one of them till 2030. Indian hospitality is renowned all over the world, and with some of the best hotels situated in India, the country’s hospitality industry is at a stage where all the big hospitality groups are looking to offer some of their best offerings in India. 2025 is going to be yet another big year for the industry. Let’s take a look at the Top 10 upcoming hotels in India scheduled to open in 2025.
10. Noor-Us-Sabah Palace, Bhopal (part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt)
Noor-Us-Sabah Palace will soon join The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, marking the debut of the brand in the country. The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation. Noor-Us-Sabah Palace is one of Bhopal’s oldest and most sought-after hotels. Spread across 18 acres, the hotel was originally built as a royal residence in the 1920s by Bhopal’s erstwhile ruler, Begum Sultan Jehan and it was subsequently converted into a hotel in 1998. The hotel will feature 60 rooms and suites offering views of the Upper Lake, one of the largest artificial lakes in the nation. The hotel will offer three restaurants, a swimming pool, a spa and a fitness centre along with multiple event spaces.

9. New Delhi Marriott Marquis
New Delhi Marriott Marquis will feature 590 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites. The hotel will offer a variety of local and international gourmet delicacies at its three dining outlets – an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a Diner. New Delhi Marriott Marquis will feature the Marriott Hotels Greatroom lobby – stylish hub of the hotel that serves as a great social gathering place for both day and night. Along with the Greatroom, plans call for the brand’s signature M Club Lounge where Marriott Bonvoy Elite members can enjoy a range of complimentary food and beverage options throughout the day.

8. Wyndham Grand Udaipur Fateh Sagar Lake
Wyndham Grand Udaipur Fateh Sagar Lake will be situated near the iconic Fateh Sagar Lake, one of the many lakes in Udaipur, which the city is known for. The property will be spread across 9.5-acres and will house 140 luxury guest rooms, including private pool villas and shaded pools. In addition to the luxurious accommodations, the resort will boast of large banqueting spaces, diverse dining options, a fitness centre and a spa.

7. OZEN Villas Jaipur
OZEN Villas Jaipur will be a luxury all-private pool villas resort set in the serene foothills of the Aravalli ranges in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Slated to open in the second quarter of 2025, this will be the company’s fourth property under the OZEN collection and 11th property overall in India. The resort will feature 181 one- and two-bedroom private pool villas. The low-rise resort will be spread across 20 acres of verdant landscapes. The resort will have multiple dining venues including an all-day restaurant with an option of alfresco dining and a specialty fine dining outlet serving gourmet dishes. A gourmet snack bar will provide elegant quick bites, and a classic lounge bar will offer cocktails and premium drinks in a sophisticated setting. The resort will have an outdoor swimming pool and 20,000 square feet of events space.

6. Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa
Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort and Spa will be the first hotel in Hyderabad under Hilton’s flagship brand. It will be spread across 15 acres and will be situated in Shamirpet, Hyderabad, near Genome Valley – a high-tech business hub focused on pharmaceutical research and development. The resort will feature 115 guest rooms and suites and 13 villas with private plunge pools. Multiple specialised dining outlets and a bar along with a fitness centre, a pool, a spa and large banquet and meeting spaces will be available at the resort.

5. The St. Regis Aerocity, New Delhi
Drawing inspiration from the iconic brand’s rich history, The St. Regis Aerocity, New Delhi will consist of 189 luxurious guest rooms and suites. With an exquisite blend of sophisticated design and traditional charm, the hotel is slated to feature an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a New York Deli, a tribute to the brand’s flagship hotel, The St. Regis New York, located at 55th and Fifth Avenue. Guests can also look forward to The Drawing Room and the signature St. Regis Bar. Guests will also enjoy the brand’s renowned Butler Service, offering highly bespoke services customized to each guest.

4. Fairmont Mumbai
Fairmont Mumbai will be the brand’s second hotel in India after the one in Jaipur. The hotel features 446 guest rooms and suites, each featuring fine monochromatic marble and opulent touches of gold. It is located just 500 metres away from Mumbai Airport’s Terminal 2. Dining options include Oryn offering Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine, Madeleine de Proust offering specialty coffee, Samaa offering Mediterranean cuisine, The Merchant offering Indian cuisine and The Hedonist offering specialty drinks. Facilities will include The Fairmont Spa, Fairmont Fit, an infinity pool and beach club, a kids’ club and multiple event venues. The hotel is accepting reservations for stays starting 1st March 2025.

3. The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, Khajuraho
The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, Khajuraho will be set atop the Maniyagarh Hills. It is a 350-year-old restored royal residence offering elevated views over 70 acres of hillside and a rain-fed lake. With 66 lavish accommodations, the palace blends Bundelkhand heritage with British colonial design and features an infinity pool, lakeside dining, and a spa accessible by boat. Minutes from Panna National Park & Tiger Reserve and close to the UNESCO-recognized Khajuraho temples, it will combine history, luxury, and natural beauty.

2. Fairmont Udaipur Palace
Fairmont Udaipur Palace will mark the debut of Accor group in Udaipur. The resort will have a unique location along a hillside, with an exclusive access to the forest reserve. The property will be spread over 16 acres of land, offering guests an unparalleled view of the city. It will feature 340 guest rooms and suites with over 100,000 sq.ft of banqueting and events space, a variety of outdoor venues, recreational spaces, dining facilities and Fairmont’s signature Spa, offering luxurious one-of-a-kind holistic wellness experiences. It is poised to be the biggest hotel in Rajasthan according to room inventory. Fairmont Udaipur Palace is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

1. The Oberoi Vindhyavilas Wildlife Resort, Bandhavgarh
The Oberoi Vindhyavilas Wildlife Resort, Bandhavgarh will be located within the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh, offering an immersive experience in the heart of nature. Guests can track the Royal Bengal Tiger on private safaris while enjoying luxurious accommodations inspired by royal caravans, including 21 tents with private gardens and decks, and two villas with private pools. The resort’s architecture reflects the region’s cultural heritage, complemented by an open-air restaurant offering live grill experiences under starlit skies.
