Doha based carrier Qatar airways has unveiled its first livery based on World Cup 2022.
For all those who do not know, Qatar will host the the 2022 FIFA World Cup and for the celebrating the two year mark countdown to the tournament, the airline has unveiled the first livery regarding the same.
The newly-branded aircraft will enter service today (November 21), exactly two years before the start of the World Cup in Qatar, and will initially operate flights QR095 and QR096 between Doha and Zurich.
The carrier said that further aircraft will be painted in the livery, allowing it to visit several destinations in airline’s network.
Commenting on the livery Qatar Airways Group CEO Akbar Al Baker said:
