Marriott International, the largest hotel group in the world, today announced the signing of an agreement with Prestige Group and DB Realty to introduce the New Delhi Marriott Marquis and The St. Regis Aerocity, New Delhi.
The agreement is expected to add 779 rooms to the Marriott International portfolio. Both of the hotels will be strategically located close to the Indira Gandhi International Airport and expects to offer another choice for business and leisure travellers looking for an extended stay in the heart of the Indian capital city. Both the hotels are slated to open in 2025.
New Delhi Marriott Marquis
Catering to the needs of the modern traveller, New Delhi Marriott Marquis will feature 590 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites. The hotel will offer a variety of local and international gourmet delicacies at its three dining outlets – an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a Diner. New Delhi Marriott Marquis will feature the Marriott Hotels Greatroom lobby – stylish hub of the hotel that serves as a great social gathering place for both day and night. Along with the Greatroom, plans call for the brand’s signature M Club Lounge where Marriott Bonvoy Elite members can enjoy a range of complimentary food and beverage options throughout the day.

St. Regis Aerocity, New Delhi
Drawing inspiration from the iconic brand’s rich history, The St. Regis Aerocity, New Delhi will consist of 189 luxurious guest rooms and suites. With an exquisite blend of sophisticated design and traditional charm, the hotel is slated to feature an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a New York Deli, a tribute to the brand’s flagship hotel, The St. Regis New York, located at 55th and Fifth Avenue. Guests can also look forward to The Drawing Room and the signature St. Regis Bar. Guests will also enjoy the brand’s renowned Butler Service, offering highly bespoke services customized to each guest.
Both the hotels will have an expected 85,000 square feet of meeting space in total.
Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China), Marriott International, said that this will enable them to provide more choices and experiences in key markets to serve an ever growing and discerning customer base. He added:

Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director, Prestige Group, said this will be India’s first Marriott Marquis and Convention Centre at Aerocity. He added:
