Bali, the famous go-to destination for tourists from all over the world was rumoured to reopen for foreigners on December 1.

The Indonesian island, Bali has not reopened for foreign tourists for most of this year due to the pandemic. The world is reopening slowly many people speculated that it will welcome all foreign tourists from December 1 which also happens to be a peak season for the destination.
But the rumour has been quashed by Bali Deputy Governor Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati. Commenting on the same Deputy Governor said, “There are no plans to open (tours for foreign tourists) on December 1. It looks like it will be early next year (it will only open for foreign tourists).”
Bali is currently only open to domestic tourists and is giving many promotional offers to the travellers in order to revive their tourism industry. It reopened to domestic travellers in July after a self imposed lockdown early this year.
