SpiceJet passengers can now book airport transfers inflight on Spicescreen

Passengers travelling on SpiceJet can now book airport transfers on the airline’s inflight entertainment platform, Spicescreen, while being on board the flight.

Once the passenger books a cab onboard the flight on Spicescreen, they will get the cab booking OTP (One Time Password) message via SMS, Whatsapp, and automated inbound call confirmation on their mobile phone on arrival. Additionally, it will also enable customers the flexibility to pay via any payment option (online or cash) at the end of their journey.

Furthermore, travellers will not have to carry their luggage to the cab departure area as they will now be available right outside the arrival gate.

With the launch of our industry-first Spicescreen mid-air airport transfer service, we aim to elevate customer experience to the next level by setting a new benchmark of unparalleled convenience. When we launched Spicescreen in August last year, we had promised to add more onboard services for our customers. With our latest offering, passengers will no longer have to carry their luggage to the cab departure area besides enjoying zero waiting time as cabs will now be available for them right outside the arrival gate.

Presently, special discounted fares are being offered on booking cabs through Spicescreen platform. In case, the passenger is unable to board the cab for any reason, no cancellation charges will be levied.
