IHG, in partnership with SRG Holding, has announced the opening of third Staybridge Suites hotel in the UAE in the heart of Dubai, on the picturesque Sheikh Zayed Road. This is the second Staybridge Suites property to open in Dubai this year after Staybridge Suites Dubai Intercity City opened in August 2021.
The 48-storey tower sets a familiar and eye-catching feature to Dubai’s iconic skyline and is located opposite the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), a few steps away from the metro station. The property is surrounded by variety of leisure, dining, shopping and entertainment destinations like City Walk, Coca Cola Arena, La Mer and Dubai Downtown, which includes the city’s most Instagram-able and popular landmarks such as The Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountains and Burj Khalifa.
As with every Staybridge Suites hotel, Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Center is designed to meet the needs of extended-stay travelers looking for a break from the travel norm.
The hotel features 360 studios that come with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom options. Each studio comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and living space including top-of-the-line Siemens and Smeg appliances, smart TVs and a washer/dryer. Utensils, crockery and cutlery can also be found in the studio itself. Many of the 360 apartments feature their own balcony from which to enjoy spectacular views of the city or the sea. Several interconnecting units offer greater flexibility for families or small groups travelling together.
Guests can also expect the unique brand hallmarks of Staybridge Suites such as the complimentary breakfast buffet with takeaway options, coffee/tea station and a 24-hour pantry, a 24/7 convenience store for guests to grab any missing household essentials or a snack, beverage, or light meal. There is also The Social, the brand’s signature event hosted 3-times-a-week, aimed to create an informal gathering for guests to relax and enjoy complimentary bites and drinks while engaging with other guests staying at the hotel. Facilities at the hotel include a 25-metre swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a boutique spa, a cozy den, and an in-house eatery offering in-room deliveries.

Fahad AlRafi, CEO of SRG Holding Limited, owning and operating company of the two Staybridge Suites properties, said:
We are absolutely delighted to partner with one of the world’s leading hotel companies, IHG Hotels & Resorts, to open our second Staybridge Suites in Dubai. The aim with the launch of the new Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Center is to provide guests with a hotel where they could stay for a few days, weeks or months in one of Dubai’s most vibrant areas.
Fahad added:
As an established family-owned developer, owner and property manager in Dubai, we have seen a shift in demand in recent years from the traditional hotel and accommodation options, not only from visitors and new-comers to the city, but also from many existing residents who are now looking for more flexible, hassle-free accommodation options where they can also feel part of a community. Therefore, we believe that the economic, social, and demographic trends are all in favor of the Staybridge Suites concept, which we look forward to showcasing in Dubai, with two unique and primely-located Staybridge Suites properties.
