Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the opening of its first Taj-branded hotel in Bhopal, Taj Lakefront Bhopal. The hotel, with its landmark location and contemporary design, draws inspiration from the rich architecture, history and culture of Madhya Pradesh.
Taj Lakefront Bhopal is a comfortable driving distance from the airport as well as important leisure and commercial centres. The design of the hotel weaves in the rich arts and crafts of the region.
The hotel features 152 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites that have panoramic views of the lake and picturesque hills.

Taj Lakefront introduces two signature restaurants to Bhopal – Machan, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, and House of Ming, with its renowned Chinese cuisine. Guests can also enjoy innovative cocktails at Infinity Lounge and Bar and a selection of brews and bakes at Emperor Lounge.
Facilities at the hotel include the city’s first rooftop infinity swimming pool, the signature Jiva Spa, a gym and a Tennis Court. Taj Lakefront features tastefully designed banqueting and conferencing spaces with independent access and breakaway rooms.
