ITC Hotels launches new ‘One-stop’ Mobile App

Indian hospitality brand ITC Hotels has announced the launch of its new ‘One-stop’ Mobile App.

An all-new app

ITC Hotels has launched an all-new app that will let guests do everything from room and restaurant reservation to food delivery/takeaway and also manage their membership account all in the app. Customers can book ITC Hotels, WelcomHotels and select Fortune Hotels through the app. The ITC Hotels App enables people to book their stay at over 55 hotels across India.

The company said that Club ITC members can also save up to 10% on room reservations through Club ITC exclusive member rates from the app directly.

Anil Chadha, Divisional Chief Executive, ITC Hotels, said:

The new ITC Hotels mobile app is a natural progression for the brand that prides itself on moving with the times and serving its customers in the most modern and efficient way possible. We are living in a digital world and want our guests to enjoy the experience with the convenience, efficacy, innovative and interactive interface that it offers, along with benefits and privileges.

The app will also enable food delivery and takeaway across the following 14 cities:

  • Delhi NCR (National Capital Region)
  • Mumbai
  • Bengaluru
  • Kolkata
  • Chennai
  • Hyderabad
  • Goa
  • Agra
  • Jaipur
  • Vadodara
  • Amritsar
  • Coimbatore
  • Bhubaneswar (to be added soon)
  • Guntur (to be added soon)

These would be clubbed under ‘Gourmet Couch’, its pan-India food delivery initiative. The app will offer table reservations at about 75 of the its restaurants.

Meanwhile, ITC Hotels, in November 2021, announced the signing of first hotel under its new brand ‘Momentos’ in Udaipur.
