Accor has announced the signing of a Grand Mercure property in Jaipur, marking the debut of this upscale brand in the Pink City.
Grand Mercure Jaipur Kukas will boast a prime location and is scheduled to open in 2028. The six-storey hotel will be spread across 16,522 square meter and will feature 160 beautifully-appointed rooms, alongside three distinct Food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, a bar, and a specialty restaurant.

Facilities at the hotel will include a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa and a salon. For Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), Grand Mercure Jaipur Kukas will offer a space of approximately 2000 square meter comprising a conference room and two banquet halls.
According to Accor, the Grand Mercure brand is “tailored for contemporary travellers who seek premium comforts and cultural reconnections – an unexpected approach to the familiar, respectful reinterpretations of age-old practices. Grand Mercure invites guests to experience the uniqueness of each culture and each hotel exemplifies that locale’s way of life: the iconic dishes, the beverage ceremonies, the rituals to treasure and share”.
Grand Mercure Jaipur Kukas will be the 8th Grand Mercure property in India. Accor currently operates 61 properties in the country under the Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, and ibis brands.
Meanwhile, Accor recently announced a list of new and interesting properties that it will open in 2024.
