American Multinational Hotel group Marriott has opened its 1st hotel under Residence Inn in Mexico.
The hotel is located in northern area of Merida, the inland capital of the state of Yucatan. It is a 20 minute drive from Paseo Montejo which is a wide boulevard home to historic monuments.
The hotel consists of 151 rooms. It has spacious suites with separate living,working and sleeping areas along with a fully equipped kitchen. Other facilities include 80 square meter of meeting space which comprises flexible rooms which can cater up to 50 guests, a 24-hour shop, complimentary grocery delivery service, a fitness centre and a communal laundry room.
