Emirates is offering free hotel stays; increases flights to Maldives and Seychelles

Emirates has announced ‘Free Hotel Stay’offer and has also increased frequency of flights to Maldives and Seychelles.

‘Free Hotel Stay’ offer

Emirates has launched a new ‘Free Hotel Stay’ offer that aims at customers to book return flights with Emirates to Dubai and travel in the coming months.

Economy class customers who book return flights with the airline to Dubai by 28th March and travelling between 15th March and 30th June can get a two-night stay at the JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai.

For business and first class passengers, this offer rises to a three-night stay with a complimentary room upgrade. Customers will also benefit from 24-hour check-in at the hotel.

Customers should email emiratesoffer@emirates.com to avail the free hotel stay, quoting their booking number, as well as the names of all the passengers in their booking, their phone number and email address.

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival, and the offer is only valid on cash return flights to Dubai (transiting / stopover tickets or those with a final Emirates flights destination outside of Dubai are not eligible).

If you’re travelling to and from Emirates destinations in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand and Vietnam, customers will also get 10kg extra baggage allowance.

Additional flights to Maldives

Emirates has announced that it will ramp up its services to Maldives ahead of Easter break. Emirates currently offers customers 24 weekly flights to the Maldives, utilising a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Starting from 28th March until 18th April, the airline will ramp up services to 28 flights a week – offering customers enhanced connectivity to the popular Indian Ocean destination, via Dubai.

All travellers to the Maldives, excluding Maldives citizens, must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test result, conducted within 96 hours prior to departure. Travellers are also required to complete the online Immigration and Health self‑declaration form within 24 hours prior to arrival.

Frequency increase to Seychelles

Starting from 28th March until 30th October,2021, Emirates’ flights from Dubai to Mahé will increase from five-times-a-week to seven-times-a-week, utilising a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

The announcement comes as the island nation is once again reopening its borders to international tourists (excluding South Africa) without any vaccination or quarantine requirements, starting 25th March.

Note that the travellers will still be required to show a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before departure.

Meanwhile, Qatar airways has also increased frequency to Seychelles with a larger Boeing B787 Dreamliner.

Emirates is also offering economy class customers a chance to book adjacent empty seats so that the passengers can have the maximum privacy.
