Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has further expanded its Staybridge Suites footprint in the region with the opening of Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City, on 1st August 2021.
Located on Dubai’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Road at the heart of the city’s technology, media, and creative free zone, the hotel is surrounded by business towers and hubs which are home to top-tier regional and international Fortune 500 companies.
A plethora of nearby leisure destinations await guests, including the world-famous architectural icon of Palm Jumeirah, along with many local attractions, pristine beaches, and dining destinations. The metro station is only a few steps away, for guests to connect to the rest of the city, the airport or to the site of the highly anticipated Expo 2020.

Guests will have a choice between studios, one- and two-bedroom suites. All 225 suites feature spacious and comfortable living, working, and dining spaces and a fully equipped kitchen with home appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Every detail from the Nordic-style furniture to the elegantly designed kitchen utensils is there for a home-like experience. Many of the apartments feature their own balcony to enjoy some spectacular views of the cityscape and the Arabian gulf. Several interconnecting units offer greater flexibility for families or small groups traveling together.

Guests can start the day with a daily complimentary breakfast buffet with takeaway options. The Pantry, a 24/7 convenience store is also available for guests to get all essential items and some ready to eat quick meals. The Social, is the brand’s signature event held three times a week as an informal gathering for guests to relax and enjoy complimentary bites and drinks while engaging with other guests staying at the hotel.
Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City features comfortable and flexible spaces, a cozy den, a 25 metre long infinity pool, a concept spa with steam sauna and an in-house eatery with an outdoor lounge.

Staybridge Suites brand has grown to more than 305 properties worldwide (33,110 rooms), with Dubai Internet City being the latest addition.
Meanwhile, IHG recently announced the signing of the first-voco hotel in South Korea, Regent Kyoto, Atwell Suites Austin Airport, Holiday Inn & Suites Ballarat, four Indigo-branded hotels in Egypt, Holiday Inn Resort Szklarska Poreba, dual branded voco and Holiday Inn hotel in Chicago, voco The Palm in Dubai, Intercontinental Riyadh King Fahed Road, Intercontinental Resort Amma, Canj – Montenegro, three hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya and Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jalandhar. IHG’s voco-brand has also opened its first hotel in Netherlands. The company has opened its first Intercontinental-branded hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan, Australia’s first next-generation Holiday Inn in Melbourne’s West and Holiday Inn Dublin Airport.
