Members will earn 10 points per dollar spent at the properties, plus bonus points depending on their elite tier status. The hospitality chain states that members will also earn bonus points if paying with a Marriott co-branded credit card. Additionally, members will receive one elite night for every night spent at a Ritz-Carlton Reserve property – this will count towards their lifetime status.
This will apply to Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties within the range of 80,000 to 240,000 points per night, introduced to reflect the “high level of service and unparalleled on-property offerings at Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties worldwide”. Members will be able to book cash and points rates subject to availability, and will also be able to get a free night on award stays of 5 nights or more.
Marriott Bonvoy members will also be able to access select elite benefits at Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties. For more information regarding every membership tier, see the chart below.
Marriott recently adopted a new flexible point redemption rates method for its loyalty program.
