Flights will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft featuring 8 recliner-style Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy seats and 132 standard Economy Class seats. Vistara will be the only airline on this route to offer a Premium Economy Class option.

Vinod Kannan, Chief Executive Officer, Vistara, said:

The launch of services to Jeddah will further intensify our presence in the Middle East region. Saudi Arabia shares a strong bilateral relationship with India and is home to a significant population belonging to the Indian diaspora, thereby offering great prospects for Vistara’s growth.

Vistara will compete with Air India, Saudia, Indigo and SpiceJet on flights between Mumbai and Jeddah.
