AirAsia India to launch flights to Lucknow

AirAsia India has announced that it will add a new destination to its network, Lucknow, with flights starting in August 2022.

AirAsia India will operate flights from Lucknow’s Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport to the following airports:

  • New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport – 3 daily flights starting 5th August 2022
  • Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport – daily flight starting 5th August 2022 (increases to twice-daily flights starting 1st September 2022)
  • Goa International Airport – daily flight starting 5th August 2022
  • Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport – daily flight starting 1st September 2022
  • Kolkata’s Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport – daily flight starting 1st September 2022

All of these flights will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft.

By operating 112 weekly direct flights to Bengaluru, Delhi, Goa, Kolkata and Mumbai from Lucknow, we look forward to delivering a convenient and pleasant flying experience to our guests. Our cushioned and comfortable seats, a wide choice of oven-hot meals from our award winning ‘Gourmair’ menu, and the benefits of NeuPass would provide a distinct experience to the flyers in Uttar Pradesh.

An AirAsia India official said:

Inaugural fares are now open for booking on all major booking channels. NeuPass is a rewards program by Tata Neu where members get benefits such as additional discounts on flights, 5% assured NeuCoins and free Red Carpet priority service.

The airline states that in addition to NeuPass members, students, senior citizens, SMEs, dependents and members of the armed forces can also avail special fares on airasia.co.in.

The official added:

By offering good deals, unique benefits and fantastic value to guests, the airline has consistently vied to enhance guest experience. In addition to providing nonstop connectivity to Bengaluru, Delhi, Goa, Kolkata and Mumbai, AirAsia India would also be connecting Lucknow through convenient one-stop itineraries to other stations on its network such as Srinagar, Cochin, Hyderabad, Guwahati and others.
