Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai is Hyatt’s third property in Mumbai, with the other two being Grand Hyatt Mumbai and Hyatt Regency Mumbai (Hyatt Regency Mumbai is currently closed as the owners of the properties are going through some financial problem).

Hyatt has historically lacked behind in terms of total properties in India compared to some other mega hospitality companies like Marriott and Radisson. So it’s good the see that Hyatt is expanding its presence in India’s financial capital, and that too with a property in a posh area like Juhu.

Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai is Hyatt’s 37th property in India. The hospitality company is currently on an expansion spree in India. Recent openings in India include Hyatt Regency Dehradun, Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar, Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi and Hyatt Place Vadodara.

Meanwhile, Hyatt recently announced the opening of Magma Resort Santorini, Hyatt’s debut property in the Greek island of Santorini.
