ITC Hotels has announced the opening of its second Storii property in Goa and the third overall.
Location and Design
Storii by ITC Hotels Moira Riviera, Goa is located in the Moira village of North Goa near the Moira river. Manohar International Airport is 23 kilometres’ away while the older Dabolim Airport is 43 kilometres away. It’s approximately a 30-minute drive to the city centre of Panaji.
The architecture of the property celebrates the convergence of Goa and the Mediterranean, reflecting the grandiose details of nature.


Guests are welcomed with a refreshing coconut or Kokum drink on arrival, presented with a Storii to ponder upon.
Accommodations
The hotel features just 15 rooms and villas, making the stay very intimate and personal. The Deluxe Rooms located on the first floor feature hand-painted walls, four poster beds, stylised bathrooms and an outdoor balcony with loungers.



Superior Rooms have a open-plan with distinctive panache, chic furniture, hand painted walls in shades of deep turquoise & teal, stylish bathrooms, four poster beds, a patio and a private plunge pool with garden area. Premium Cottages are almost the same as Superior Rooms.

Dining
Storii Bistro features hand painted murals depicting the colourful hues of nature, serving a range of Indian, continental & local Goan delicacies while Storii Lounge offers a Mediterranean vibe with atypical interiors, jazz music, and sweeping views of the Moira river backwaters. The lounge offers finger food and will open soon.




Facilities
The hotel features an outdoor turquoise-tiled swimming pool and will soon be home to K by Kaya Kalp Spa, ITC’s signature Spa. There’s also a recreational centre.


Storii by ITC Hotels Moira Riviera, Goa offers many local experiences like Moira on Foot – a scenic walk through the village with a local guide, Moira River – a trip with fishermen during their daily expeditions in the backwaters of Moira River with breakfast onboard, Corjuem Fort visit with a local guide and Moira Artisans – wood carving and artisanal carpentry in the homes of the local artisans.
All in all, this hotel seems to be a solid option for those looking to get away from the city life and have a laid-back gateway.
