IndiGo to launch flights to Almaty, Kazakhstan

IndiGo has announced that it will soon launch flights to Almaty in Kazakhstan, as part of its foray into Central Asia.

As of 23rd September 2023, IndiGo will operate three-weekly flights between Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport and Almaty International Airport with the following schedule:

  • Delhi-Almaty
  • Departure time: 20:50
  • Arrival time: 01:05 (the next day)
  • Flight time: 3 hours and 45 minutes
  • Flight number: 6E1801
  • Frequency: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
  • Almaty-Delhi
  • Departure time: 02:05
  • Arrival time: 05:10
  • Flight time: 3 hours and 35 minutes
  • Flight number: 6E1802
  • Frequency: Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays

These flights will be operated by IndiGo’s Airbus A320neo aircraft in an all-Economy configuration.

Almaty will be the carrier’s 32nd international destination and the 111th overall.
