Indian hospitality group Sterling Holidays has announced the opening of Sterling Aravalli Udaipur, its third property in the city.
Sterling Aravalli Udaipur is spread across 2.5 acres with beautiful views of the surrounding Aravalli Range. The resort is inspired by the unique haveli architecture that is synonymous with the palatial Rajasthani design, with Jharokas adorning the façade and inner walls.
The resort offers 67 guest rooms and suites including Classic Rooms, Haveli Rooms, Premier Rooms with pool views, spacious Privilege Suites overlooking the Aravalli ranges, and a Four Bedroom Haveli Suite that pays homage to the region’s vintage architectural style.

Airavat is the resort’s fine dining vegetarian restaurant offering Rajasthani cuisine along with popular global favourites.
Facilities at the resort include a swimming pool in the centre courtyard and the soon-to-be unveiled Signature Spa and Lounge Bar. The resort, as with many of them in Rajasthan, will focus on large weddings with 40,000 square feet of “manicured green lawns” and multiple banquets venues capable of accommodating over 5000 guests.
Sterling Aravalli Udaipur is the brand’s third property in the city, with the other two being Sterling Jaisinghgarh Udaipur and Sterling Balicha Udaipur. Elsewhere in Rajasthan, the company has three properties – Sterling Mount Abu, Sterling Rewild Sariska, and Sterling Pushkar.
