Spirit Airlines is coming to Miami International Airport. The airline, which calls Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport home, is planning 30 routes from Miami, effectively turning it into its 2nd gateway out of South Florida.

Emirates to launch flights to Miami
Middle Eastern carrier Emirates will launch flights to Miami, Florida’s second largest city. The announcement comes just days after its rival Qatar Airways announced that it will boost frequency of flights to the sunny destination.
