Vistara and SpiceJet announces flights to Bangladesh: Check details

India and Bangladesh recently signed a air travel bubble agreement. Vistara and SpiceJet have already announced several routes under the new travel bubble.

First, let’s talk about Vistara.

Vistara has announced flights between Delhi and Dhaka.

  • Delhi-Dhaka
  • Departure time- 6:30
  • Arrival time- 9:20
  • Flight number- UK181
  • Flight time- 2 hours and 20 minutes
  • Dhaka-Delhi
  • Departure time- 10:20
  • Arrival time- 12:15

  • Flight time- 2 hours and 25 minutes

The services will be operated on Thursdays and Sundays between the two cities from 5th November,2020, using the airline’s Airbus A320neo aircraft, as part of the bilateral ‘transport bubble’ formed between India and Bangladesh, Vistara added.

Now, let’s talk about SpiceJet. The airline has announced several routes under the travel bubble agreement.

“We have always witnessed good demand on our flights to Bangladesh and we are confident that our new flights will bring smooth connectivity for the passengers travelling on these routes,” said Shilpa Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer, SpiceJet.

SpiceJet said it will deploy a mix of its Boeing 737 and Bombardier Q400 aircraft on all these routes.
