Qatar Airways has announced that it will be increasing the frequency of flights to the Maldives.
The Doha-based airline in a tweet announced that it will be adding a fourth daily flight between Doha and Male starting 1st July 2021.
The flight schedule is:
- Doha-Male
- Departure time: 03:50
- Arrival time: 10:40
- Flight time: 4 hours and 50 minutes
- Flight number: QR670
- Frequency: Daily
- Male-Doha
- Departure time: 22:35
- Arrival time: 01:00 (the next day)
- Flight time: 4 hours and 25 minutes
- Flight number: QR671
- Frequency: Daily
The new flight will be operated by a Airbus A320. Qatar Airways already operates thrice-daily flights to the Maldives. All the other three flights are operated by a Boeing B777.
The airline recently announced increase in frequency of flights to Miami. Qatar Airways also announced that it would be serving more destinations in the United States than it did before pandemic when it resumes Atlanta flights on 1st June. The carrier will resume flight to Málaga on 2nd July 2021.
