Hyatt Centric Altstadt Hamburg scheduled to open in 2025

Hyatt Hotel Corporation has announced that it will open its Hyatt Centric branded hotel in Hamburg. For this, a new franchise agreement has been signed between SV Hotel and the Hyatt Hotel Corporation.

Hyatt Centric Altstadt Hamburg will be located on Moenckebergstrasse, one Hamburg’s most vibrant shopping areas. The hotel is expected to open in 2025.

With this project, we are continuing the growth strategy in one of the most important and strongest hotel markets in Germany. It is a unique project that we were able to develop in this prominent location with our partner Redevco. With Hyatt, we share common values and the understanding that good hospitality can be experienced through the quality of design and service.

Hyatt Centric Altstadt Hamburg will consist of 185 guest rooms and suites, and a roof terrace connected to the restaurant and the hotel bar.

Volker Thamm, Director, Business Development, SV Hotel, said:

From Redevco as real estate investment manager to Hyatt as franchisor, the real estate development and consulting company CBRE to legal advice from the law firm Hogan Lovells, the cooperation between all parties professionally and efficiently. We can very well imagine developing further projects together.

Meanwhile, Hyatt recently opened Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, Hyatt Place London City East, Alila Hinu Bay, Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay and Hyatt Centric Charlotte South Park.
