IndiGo says Selamat Datang, Indonesia! Jakarta flights from Mumbai to begin this August

IndiGo has announced that it will launch flights to Jakarta, Indonesia. The metropolis will be the 28th international destination and 106th destination overall.

Starting 7th August 2023, IndiGo will operate a daily flight between Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport with the following schedule:

  • Mumbai-Jakarta
  • Departure time: 07:55
  • Arrival time: 04:10
  • Flight time: 6 hours and 45 minutes
  • Flight number: 6E1601
  • Frequency: Daily
  • Jakarta-Mumbai
  • Departure time: 17:05
  • Arrival time: 21:30
  • Flight time: 5 hours and 55 minutes
  • Flight number: 6E1602
  • Frequency: Daily

Flights will be operated by Airbus A320neo aircraft featuring standard Economy Class seats.

Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, is a bustling metropolis that attracts numerous tourists from around the world. Meanwhile, IndiGo has announced that it will launch flights to Nairobi, Kenya, marking the entry of the airline in Africa.
