Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced the signing of Holiday Inn Resort Kufri. The resort is set to open in 2026.
The new-build resort will be situated in one of the most scenic towns in the district of Shimla, Kufri, which is known for its breath-taking mountain and forest views, and is well-connected by road to Shimla, Chandigarh, and the rest of North India. It will be situated on a hilltop and will offer panoramic views of the mountains.
The resort will feature 100 guest rooms including 10 suites. Four dining options will be present including an All-Day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge and bar, destination bar, and a pool bar.

Facilities at the resort will include a spa, a fully equipped gym, a pool, retail spaces and four versatile meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom.
