Malaysia Airlines has announced an order for 30 additional Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. Read on to know more.
Malaysia Airlines orders additional 737 MAXs
Malaysia Airlines has placed a firm order for 18 Boeing 737MAX-8s and 12 Boeing 737MAX-10s, with options for 30 more. This is in addition to the 25 737MAXs already on order. The order, which booked in January 2025 and was posted as unidentified on Boeing’s orders and deliveries website, will enable Malaysia’s flag carrier to introduce new lie-flat seats.

With this order, Malaysia Airlines has 55 737 MAXs on order, out of which 10 have already been delivered.
