Abu Dhabi based Etihad Airways has launched a global student offer.
Students who book before 31st March,2021, for travel till 30th September,2021, will save up to 10% on Economy Class tickets and up to 5% on Business Class tickets.
Passengers who book using promotional fare will get an increased baggage allowance of up to 40 kg in Economy Class and up to 50 kg in Business Class. If you are travelling from United States or Canada, you are allowed to carry 1 additional checked bag as well.
“Family members who want to jet off as well can benefit from the same discount provided their tickets are booked under the same reservation and they travel with the student,” reads an official release.
The offer also comes with one free date change, permitted up to 96 hours prior to travel.
To become eligible for this offer, students must present a valid student ID or official university/college acceptance letter at the time of check-in.
Recently, Qatar Airways also has launched a frequent flyer program specifically for students.
