IndiGo heads to Tbilisi in Central Asian expansion

IndiGo has announced that it is adding to Tbilisi in Georgia to its Central Asian network. The Georgian capital will be the 29th international destination and 107th overall destination in the airline’s network.

Starting 8th August 2023, IndiGo will operate 3-flights-a-week between Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport and Tbilisi International Airport with the following schedule:

  • Delhi-Tbilisi
  • Departure time: 20:10
  • Arrival time: 23:45
  • Flight time: 5 hours and 05 minutes
  • Flight number: 6E1807
  • Frequency: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
  • Tbilisi-Delhi
  • Departure time: 00:45
  • Arrival time: 07:10
  • Flight time: 4 hours and 55 minutes
  • Flight number: 6E1808
  • Frequency: Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays (This flight launches on 9th August 2023)

These flights will be operated by Airbus A320neo aircraft in an all Economy configuration as is the case with all of IndiGo’s aircraft except for the wet-leased Boeing B777s.

Meanwhile, IndiGo recently announced the addition of Jakarta, Indonesia to its network.
