IndiGo has unveiled refreshed website with a new UI/UX design. The airline’s mobile app will also be refreshed and unveiled in a few days.
Refreshed website
As per a press release issued by IndiGo dated 8th July 2024, the airline was to roll out its new website and mobile app design in August as part of its anniversary celebration. However, it seems that the refreshed website has already been rolled out.
IndiGo says that it is refreshing its website and mobile app in its “continuous endeavour to enhance customer experience through digitisation”. The airline says that “with a new look and modernised tech architecture, the platforms will offer a seamless and intuitive experience to streamline the booking process for IndiGo’s customers”.
When searching for a flight on IndiGo’s refreshed website, the airline now recommends two flight options (if there are multiple flights on the searched route) – one is Best Value (lowest fare) and other is Fastest flight. Overall, the User Interface is much better than the previous one. It is more clean, with the widgets placed on the bottom of the mobile website.

IndiGo says that the new website is “ready to be tested” and “will be released to a select few customers as a part of beta testing and launch”.
