IndiGo to launch flights to Bikaner

IndiGo has announced the addition of Bikaner in Rajasthan to its network with flights starting next month.

Starting 7th February 2025, IndiGo will operate flights between Delhiโ€™s Indira Gandhi International Airport and Bikaner Nal Airport with the following schedule:

  • Delhi-Bikaner
  • Departure time: 08:25
  • Arrival time: 09:45
  • Flight time: 1 hour and 20 minutes
  • Flight number: 6E7442
  • Frequency: Daily

  • Bikaner-Delhi
  • Departure time: 10:05
  • Arrival time: 11:20
  • Flight time: 1 hour and 15 minutes
  • Flight number: 6E7443
  • Frequency: Daily

Flights will be operated by ATR72-600 aircraft. Bikarer is IndiGoโ€™s 90th domestic and 127th destination overall. It is the airlineโ€™s fifth destination in Rajasthan after Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.

With over 250 daily departures, the airline connects to 88 destinations from Delhi, linking to 69 domestic and 19 international destinations.

IndiGo will now operate over 460 weekly flights from the state of Rajasthan, connecting 20 destinations directly across the country. The introduction of these flights coincides with Rajasthan’s investment in new projects to cater to the increasing number of tourists.

Bikaner, a vibrant city in Rajasthan, is renowned for its rich heritage and cultural charm. Known for its stunning architecture, including the Junagarh Fort and Lalgarh Palace, it’s also famous for its camel festival and delicious Bikaneri sweets. Its unique blend of tradition and history makes Bikaner an intriguing destination for travellers.
